Club information

Club schedules can change. Members should check the latest post and confirm time-sensitive details with a club officer when necessary. Club Link is an information tool and does not replace official school notices.

Officer accounts

Club officers share a reusable Officer Code with trusted leadership. Anyone who receives it should use their own confirmed account and keep the code private. Do not share account passwords. Officer access in one club does not grant permission to edit another club.

Members may save clubs to an account or use a Member Code for temporary guest access. Do not guess codes, access another person's account, or bypass access controls. Sign out on shared devices.

Acceptable use

Do not use Club Link to disrupt the site, test it without permission, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, or publish private, unlawful, or unrelated material. Public posts should be appropriate for the school community.

Content updates and removal

Officers may edit or remove their club's content. Only the platform Super Admin can create or delete clubs. Club deletion removes active club content and memberships but does not delete user accounts. The site owner can revoke memberships when roles change or access is misused. Regenerating a code does not remove existing registered memberships.

Availability

The club may update, pause, or stop the site when needed. Although reasonable care should be taken to keep information and access available, uninterrupted service is not promised.
